Hi, and Happy New Year! This week we worked on Winter Art. 2nd and 3rd grade made glowing moon backgrounds for their winter tree silhouettes. These beauties have high contrast and stand out nicely against their backgrounds.
4th grade put the finishing touches on their winter wonderlands. The tiny details are so special on these, and the colorful skies makes a nice backdrop to these cozy winter villages.
5th grade is learning calligraphy and the design of letters so they can make name tags for their art displays. They had a lot of funning all the different ways you can draw letters.
Kindergarten made the cuties marshmallow Snow People!
