ALL THE FALL THINGS!

The leaves are popping these days, many of the trees around Trumbull seem unreal with color. I took a stroll around Jane Ryan, collected leaves for the kiddos to use as stamps. They got to pick their fall inspired color scheme and went to town practicing the skill of making delicate leaf impressions collage style across their page.

The result was just plain beautiful. They are hanging right outside the art room for everyone to see.

Next up we have some second grade fall foliage landscapes. They used a drawing guide to create their drawings which showed them so new and more advanced ways to draw trees. The next step was sharpies to outline followed by watercolor paint. They learned how to combine multiple colors in one shape for the beautiful trees.

Kindergarten worked on spiderwebs, first grades spooky pumpkins in the pumpkin patch, and some cute little ghosts make this display a delight to walk by.

Lastly for today's post we have ART CLUB - that made art rocks to display at the front of the school. The kids had a great time coming up with their own ideas for the rocks and they look so great out front adding some positivity to the lives of those who walk past this little tree at Jane Ryan Elementary.

Here is a closer look at the beautiful designs. :)

Have a great weekend!
